You no longer need to manage multiple payer portals for claim status monitoring. PCH becomes your single interface with the insurer.
CMS 1500 or UB 04 can also be inputted into the PCH portal by an intuitive direct data entry method. All claims that are sent to PCH can be tracked via a dashboard within 24 hours.
